Moved ArsR SDM plates from 37°C room to 4°C room. had 1 colony on NEB plate, ~10 on our cells plate.

2:45 AM

made 5 mL cultures for ArsR SDM colonies: made 1 culture for 1 colony per plate. Incubated at 37°C in the roller.
