Floor Two

The cultures set up the previous day did not appear red. DNA was prepared to send off to the registry.
Six plates were prepared to test the biobrick Bba_K1041001 which was spread onto plates containing Chlorophenicol and Chlorophenicol and Kanamycin. It shouldn't grow on plates containing Kanamycin as the Neomycin gene is switched off. As controls aliquots from the BL21 cultures were also plated onto plates containing Chlorophenicol and chlorophenicol and Kanamycin.
