  • 250 ml A30 (30% Agar auto claved)
  • 100 ml 5x M9 Salts
    • PO4
    • NH4
    • NaCl
  • Complete 500mL with Water
  • 20µl of 1M MgSO4
  • 100µl 1M CaCl2 (slowly)
