• Note- always do a 1:100 dilution of the 1000 ug/mL stock solution of PCNB into methyl salicylate samples.

Ligations & Transformations

Did ligations of J45181 to J45320 and J45250 to J45400 in many various ways (see ligations sheet for details) and transformed them into top 10 competent cells- DONE
