Stephen's Work Completed
Minipreped the eight liquid cultures containing SAMT.B0015 and BSMT.B0015 as well as the two liquid cultures containing the ribosome binding site parts B0030 and B0032. Glycerols were made of the eight liquid cultures containing SAMT.B0015 and BSMT.B0015.
