Goals
- Understand what piece of DNA should be used between the fluorescein molecules
- Learn specifics of primer design
- Decide which company to order from (e.g. idtdna) and figure out specifics of ordering
- Determine if RE sites should be added into the piece of DNA (for negative testing of dimerization)
- Figure out how the ligand can enter the outer membrane of the e.coli cell
