Entry title Sent off the parts - K272001 and K272002 (in both 1A2 and 1C3 plasmid backbones) to the regisrty. Inoculated colonies from the transformation plates of K272001 and K272002 (in both 1A2 and 1C3) in LB broth without antibiotics to check for the fluorescence with a control as DH5a cells singly transformed K272001 and K272002 showed red and cyan respectively Inoculated 2 colonies from each of the cotransformation plates in LB broth containing no antibiotics to image tomorrow
