  • Erika will look into creating a 1-D simulation of motility using MATLAB.

Sequencing

  • The team have been checking sequences and will continue doing the same thing.
  • A few team members spoke to Tony Cass about the project and shared the feedback.

  • Need to check how up-to-date the protocols are
  • Compile a list of reagents required
