  • The plasmids are on schedule
  • pLux will be done tomorrow
  • Window experiment was carried out
  • No significant fluorescence in AM but rise in PM - pT7 is slow
  • pTet in-vitro tested and it works
  • Vessicles - testing for range of temperature will start soon
