Ligation and Electroporation

• Gene cleaned and electroporated the overnight ligation of J37024 (to be used to build the AiiA test construct and the final polycistronic predator part) and J37031 (to be used to build the monocistronic prey test construct and final monocistronic predator.

Culturing

• Cultured yesterday's electroporated J37024 & J37031 for maxis minis and storage.
