Plates and colony PCR

We got decent growth on both plates (50+ on one, only 8 on the other); doing a colony PCR for 15 colonies,8 and 7 for J360012+J360010 and J360011+J360010 respectively.

  • 95C for 15'00
  • Do 30 times:
    • 95C for 0'30
    • 55C for 0'30
    • 72C for 3'00
  • 72C for 10'00
  • 4C forever
