Gel Extraction Ran gel extraction on gel from 7/4 Procedure: Cut selected fragments out from the gel Dissolve in ADB buffer. For the buffer, 3x the volume (measured by weight) of the gel was added. Place on a heat block to dissolve Issues with the gel indicate that one or more enzymes may not be functioning correctly. Enzyme Testing: Tested enzymes with MCherry Ran digests with single cuts for X P S and E on MCherry as well as MCherry with cuts on X and P, E and S, and X and S, and E and S. Let run overnight
