Sample Preparation We are synthesizing CdS QD in the BSA template again but instead of using the potassium thioacetate, we will be using Na2S as the sulfur source. When using myglobin as the protein template and Na2S, there was a shift in the peak to the right and we are testing if the peak moves for all of the protein templates.
