Introduction to Benchling
Benchling Software was used to model plasmids computationally prior to construction
Benchling is a company based in San Francisco. It allows users to collaborate on life science projects, through cloud-based tools.
These tools allow:
- Digital DNA sequencing and editing
- Virtual Assembly of Plasmids
- Primer Design
- Data Analysis
