9-1-15 Dr. Haynes suggested that I retry the liquid cultures with different colonies from the ligation plates for the DT__ constructs that failed. Based off the negative plate, these ligations should have been successful. Liquid cultures for DT022, DT023, DT034, and DT044 were made following the protocol located in the cloning bootcamp pdf.
