Plasmid Transformation of fshPCD Plasmid name: fshPCD in V0120 vector BioBrick name: BBa_J176002 BBa_J176002 Vector name: V0120 (BBa_J176127) Ampicillin resistance on V0120 Length of vector: 4968 bp Sample 1: Plasmid DNA - fshPCD (BBa_J176002) Sample 2: negative control - water (Vol 1, p. 166) Sample 1 had moderate growth from ~6:30 pm to ~10:30 am--transformation was successful. Sample 2 had no growth save for a couple of colonies. Overall the transformation was successful.
