Overview René built several CRISPR/gRNA plasmids with a GFP reporter in the pX330 plasmid. I'll be making some more of those plasmids using the plasmid miniprep kit from Sigma. Started 5 mL cultures of g032, g034, g044 and g048 using DH5α-T in LB-Amp. Cultures are shaking overnight at 37 °C.
