Entry title New plan: Seed sender supernatant with 10ul receiver cultures. Let grow overnight. Take time points early morning. Spin in 2ml tubes. 11PM: Spun the sender cells for 3min at full speed in 9-2ml tubes each. Poured sups into 3 round bottom tubes (~6ml/tube) for each sender. Added 60ul to each tube + 6ul Amp. Made receiver only with 6ml LB+Amp and 60ul receiver culture.
