04/19/2016 Gal4-EED cells recently thawed and grown only in puro aren't growing well. I added new media with 20% FBS. Neon transfection plate from yesterday was almost 100% confluent so i split into two 15cm plates. expanded the gal4-eed+dox cells into four T175 flasks. Will be have enough to do all transfections in two days ChIP with Josh! Maxiprep of g025, 31, 34 dCas9 plasmids. i froze bacterial pellets yesterday, thawed them and used the brafman lab macherey nagel maxi-prep kit
