Gill:10 X M9 salts + glucose

Materials

1000 mL:

• 700 ml dH₂O
• 128 g Na₂HPO₄ • 7H₂O
• 30 g KH₂PO₄
• 5 g NaCl
• 10 g NH₄Cl
• 40 g Glucose

Procedure

Add all components to water, dissolve, adjust to 1000 ml. Filter sterilize at 0.22 µm (do not autoclave), store at RT. If using anhydrous Na₂HPO₄, multiply the weight for this component by 0.53.
