Bioinformatics Research Scientist
- Analyzing Whole Genome nextgen sequencing, RNAseq data for Pediatric Cancer Genome Project (PCGP)
- Analysing small RNA sequencing data in mouse samples

2008 ~ 2010, National Cancer Institute Center for Bioinformatics, SAIC, SRA, Rockville, MD 20852
Bioinformatics Programmer
- Analyzed the microarray, exon capture nextgen sequencing data for The Genome Cancer Atlas (TCGA) project
- Updated the copy number, gene expression, microRNA expression data for the Cancer Genome WorkBench (CGWB).

- Implemented a pipeline to predict novel ncRNA in Plasmodium falciparum with an ab initio approach
