This scenario is designed to use the fMRI-compatible TMS system in the scanner. The scenario is designed for a clustered acquisition with a TR of 2500ms (2000ms on, 500ms off), with pulses delivered in the interscan period of every nth trial (n can be varied in the program, it is currently 2).
