Figure 7. Microarray raw data sets of mutant and wild type SOD1G85R with two time points (7.5 month and 9 month) and two annotation files (MOE430A and MOE430B). Each time points have 3 to 4 duplicate experiments. Reading the CEL files and processing Affymetrix probe level data into CSV file by Affy R package with R code. The content in G85RMut-7.5M+9M-M430A.csv (orange background) were computed with 8 CEL files, 4 time for both 7.5 month and 9 month microarray data sets, the column names were array names like NINDS-LM-EP61-7.5Mon-G85RMut-aM430A.CEL (white background), while the row names were probe id with over 20,000 data. Legends for other 3 tables were the same as the top-left table, with different repeat experiments.
