DeRosa:Protocols/Aligning the polarizers

• Follow the instructions in the blue polarizers book
• Make sure you do turn off the lights.
• Use Ludox 30% solution, but we need to dilute it. We do this by making a 2% solution then from that do 1/100 to make a 0.02% solution.
• Use the 1mL cells
• Have to click on a bunch of things to get all the things you need. (ie go to accessories, advanced, then hit the advanced tab) see page 12
