Took plates that Samantha made out of the 37 degree room. Viable colonies had grown overnight (~18 hours). Wrapped plates with Parafilm and placed in yellow bin in the refrigerator at the end of my bench.
18 July 5:30 pm Made liquid cultures following protocol.
