I took the average of the degradation rates for three genes, CIN5 HSF1 MSN4.

• The script creates an excel file with estimated weights and thresholds. Examine these values. Which genes activate? Which repress? Are any particularly strong or weak? Examine the threshold values. How do you interpret these results?

It appears the genes were neither active nor repressed because there wasn't a chang in the negative or positive direction in the values. Therefore I'm unclear as if there are any particularly strong or weak. The threshold values will allow us to see where there is a switch between active and repressed genes.
