Charles and Kun and Caitlin- Morning: Tutorial, implement M1 LacI+IPTG system
Tianyi and Nuri:
-M1: Update more plots in LacI/IPTG model and the state of the sytem at steady state
-Continue research on cellulase and PAH kinetics (M1)
-MO model: Change to upload correct model
-M3 model: Include what happens over time to dead cells. (live cells decrease over time, dead cells increase)
- Checked RcsB second round of PCR on a gel - successful and yield was better. So set up ON restriction digest.
- Transformation of B3023 into chemical competent cells.
- ON restriction digest of OtsA and Dam.
