- PCR of RcsB from Chris & Tom's Top 10 cells. Successful but yield was low, so took best PCR product from this and used it as the DNA template for the second round of PCR. Will check round 2 on a gel tomorrow.
- Gel purification of OtsA and Dam.
- ON restriction digest of OtsB.
- Set up pλ oligos to anneal overnight.
