George McArthur's Project 1
Although I wanted to present this great paper by JJ Collins et al. titled "A tunable genetic switch based on RNAi and repressor proteins for regulating gene expression in mammalian cells," I decided that it wouldn't really be helping the main goal of this course, which is to come up with some killer projects. Therefore, I'm presenting a paper that is much more applicable to the VGEM Team experience. The paper is titled Directed evolution of a genetic circuit by Yokobayashi, Weiss and Arnold (PNAS, 2002).
