Planning Continued preparing parts for assembly of the "banana bacteria" Decided we are going to complete combined project (banana bacteria) and pursue individual designs Delegated PPT's that needed to be made (Buckner-Lecture, MD-3A Assembly, BB-Ethics in Syn Bio) Posted goals for the next couple weeks (videos, papers, ppts, wet lab etc) Wet Lab EcoRI digested part BBa_J23100 and ran gel to check length MD Transformed EYFP generator into JM109 cells. Cells were plated for overnight culture BBa_J23119 Gel Results
