What to include when you create/edit a page in the wiki. The more detail the better.

Bare Necessities

Reagents

• buffers - describe their composition and how to make them
• reagents - tell us how to store them
• disposal - describe any special disposal procedures

Conditions

• pH
• concentration
• temperature
• time
• shaking/stirring
• current or voltage

you can also add

order info

• company
• catalog number
• price quotations
• a completed order request form (you can upload an excel file to the wiki)

analysis

• useful programs, macros or scripts to analyze data

shortcuts or insight

• what steps are most important to a successful experiment
• any tricks to save time or conserve an expensive reagent

citations

• if your protocol is adapted from the literature add a citation or link to the abstract
