BEFORE USE:

1. New user MUST be trained by the captain or present users.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE:

DO NOT turn on the instrument when the chiller is not filled with water

DO NOT exceed 1 hr total sonication time. Allow 20 minutes of cooling between samples

Optimal bath temperature is 4°C. Sample temperature should not exceed 10°C

Nominal sample volumes:

[1] 0.6 mL ependorf tube = 50 - 100 μL

[2] 1.5 mL ependorf tube = 100 - 300 μL

[3] 15 mL conical tube = 0.5 - 2 mL
