1. Coordinators
   • Retreat planning going well
     • 40 signed up for 5K -> $250
   • VC mtg - FTE increase well received
   • Mar 14 Int. weekend
   • Mar 18/20 Faculty Candidates
     • Lunches & Seminars - COME!
   • Apr7 SWE event
     • dinner 630-730.
     • mixer: what is grad school like ?
   • Epirnicus
     • 180 ppl already signed up at MIT
2. Social Chairs
   • joint event with undergrads on 17th 6-8pm
     • will hand out ug BE tshirts.
3. Treasurer
   • send her receipts
   • we'll have an update next month
   • undergrads doing well
     • met with VC
     • sending a rep to our board mtg
4. First year rep
   • got the recruit list, emailed them
5. Academic rep (scott)
   • alumni coming in this evening to talk about job finding.

   • Ultimate got enough ppl
   • Tennis too.
