[1] This article is a more general look at yeast cell population growth. I think it's an important article because it incorporates other factors aside fromt the ones we looked at. It looks at the relationships between growth rate, the cell cycle, gene expression, and metabolism. This article looks at what we read about and have talked about and shows how they all relate.
[2] This article, Dynamic Modeling and Control of Yeast Populations in Continuous Biochemical Reactors, is relevant because it discusses modeling techniques for yeast populations and it also looks at experimental data. The model they use is a little more complex but for our projects it gives us an idea of what to play with in our model.
