Ni HbI am filtering the Ni Hb that was previously expressed and centrifuged. Vacuum filtration into a erlenmeyer flask that had been rinsed with bleach and ethanol. The filter aparatus was also rinsed with bleach and ethanol. BuffersI've had lots of mold growing in my buffers lately. So, I'm going to start autoclaving ALL of them.
