  • Tentative Plan:
    • Miniprep psB1A2 tommorrow
    • Restrict and extract
    • Quantify DNA to ensure I am not overloading the ligation with too large a concentration of vector
    • Ligate older crp* restrictions into newly restricted psB1A2
