Return to the diffusible signal oscillator

Design
This was my second design, It only used one diffusible signal and made a more rational use of inverters and protein generators but it was a little bulky, also it used a GFP wiyhout the apropiate LVA tag. I've abandoned this model so I'm only developing [FedericoC_DSO4|the No4 model].
