Today we transformed our ligation product using the JM109 high efficiency competent cells in order to allow us to send off the DNA for sequencing. This involved a pretty "cookbook" procedure provided for us by T-easy vector ligate and transform steps. We feel like the plates were constructed properly and the procedure was followed.
