On 11/3/2011 we prepared the BHI-Agar plates and plated Acenitobacter Calcoaceticus to it.Before plating we re-hydrated small amount of Acenitobacter for 48 hrs which came in powder form.Also we did the transformation of promoter parts which were taken from IGEM Kits on 11/1/2011.We did transformation to check the incorporation and expression of the desired promoter parts.We used three different promoter parts:BBa_1765001,BBa_K118011 from 2010,BBa_K118011 from 2009.
