2 Enzyme Digests and a Gel Today we ran an enzyme digest of RFP and a a 1% agarose gel of our RFP products to check if the DNA levels were adequate to use as they had previously been too low to work with. From the results of our gel, we selected four samples containing enough DNA and performed another enzyme digest so that we can transform them along with our Wintergreen gene in bacteria.
