Today I took the plates with our cultures out of the incubator and inoculated some of the cultures. Unfortunately, all of the samples with cultures were blue, which most likely means they did not transform into the T-vector correctly. I still picked some of these cultures, along with the control plasmid and positive control cultures, and inoculated them and placed them in the spinning incubator. I placed the samples back into the incubator, wrapped the controls in parafilm, and placed the controls in the fridge.
