  • Tuesday we extracted our plasmid DNA (from our ligased part) out of competent cells.
  • We also made gycerol stocks from our ligated part.
  • Thursday we ran an electrophorysis gel. We think that we ran the gel for too long, because we can no longer see our ladders that we loaded.
