Date: 5 February 2009; Time:0800; Agenda: Biofilm formation at 21deg and 30deg for 24hr + Quantification of 48hr biofilm at 21deg and 30deg.
At 0800: 5ml of overnight culture added to 150 ml LB broth in flask for 6.5hr in a 37deg incubator,200rpm.
- However, at 1430, the overnight culture previously prepared went missing!!! We will prepare again tomorrow.
Quantification of biofilm:
This time we quantified the biofilm formed based on only CV.
