Solution recipe for 1L TST Buffer.

1. Measure 500 mL millipore H2O into a 1L beaker
2. Add 50 mL 1M TRIS-HCl, pH 7.4	50 mM TRIS-HCl, pH 7.4
3. Add 30 mL 5M NaCl	150 mM NaCl
4. Add .5 mL 100% TWEEN-20	0.05% TWEEN-20
5. Bring volume to mL total with millipore H2O in a graduated cylinder	Bring volume to 1L
