Yu:STET

Solution recipe for 100mL STET.

1. Measure 50mL H2O into a 100mL beaker.
2. Add 8g sucrose	8% (w/v) Sucrose
3. Add 5mL of 1M TRIS (pH 8.0)	50mM TRIS pH 8.0
4. Add 10mL of 0.5M EDTA (pH 8.0)	50mM EDTA pH 8.0
5. Add 25mL of 20% Triton X-100	5% Triton X-100
6. Bring volume to 100mL in a graduated cylinder
7. Sterilize by filtration.
