Ras and Src Treatment Protocol

1. Transfect with adenovirus rasn17 2ug/well (together with adenovirus GFP) in 2% FBS DMEM.
2. After 6hrs, replace with 2% FBS DMES.
3. Within 48 hr, apply 25ul active src (from upstate) (25*0.055=1.375 ug) together with Dextran #Conjugated to FITC or Texas red (MW 10,000; Molecular Probes, Inc., Eugene, OR) with #Lipofectamine method for 2hr.
4. Apply 1% FBS DMES for 1h. fix and harvest the cells.
