Without a doubt, the whole kinesin group is going to learn all of this and master it. It should be fun but will require a whole bunch of thinking and arguing, and it looks like you're going to be leading that. Talk with Andy and Brigette (but she'll be studying for the next few weeks), although Andy will probably want to try out some kinesin assays once we get the real protein. It looks like definitely you're going to have enough for our group meeting a week from tomorrow as well as for your poster.

TheLarry 23:44, 2 August 2009 (EDT): I know you don't approve of my out-of-the-box tactics, but i get results dammit and you can't ignore that. Anyways, i don't feel like i got much done this weekend outside i think i can describe in massive detail how kinesin walks. I think i just really need you to say this is the right stages or something. It doesn't seem like it is intensive programming. but you said we'll have to argue about it? what do you mean? And thanks for the boost of confidence saying i'll get enough for next group meeting.
