A quick suggestion - you might consider naming all of your team pages in the form iGEM:Columbia/2007:XXX.

It is best to avoid generic page names like Instructors or Team Members, since there can only be one page on OWW with a given name. Perhaps iGEM:Columbia/2007:Instructors and iGEM:Columbia/2007:Team Members? (This also has the added benefit of identifying the page as belonging to your iGEM team so that other OWW users don't edit it by mistake.)
