Steve Koch 00:03, 15 September 2009 (EDT): Another thing occurred to me: you're using the cytoskeleton kinesin for this stuff. I believe the cytoskeleton kinesin is truncated to the point of being monomeric, right? In that case, it's highly non-processive, so you don't have to worry as much as I'd been telling you about running into each other. I suppose, though, that you still have to worry about binding sites being occupied...
