Fractionation

  1. Cell fractionation. Done
    • 200ml culture used
    • OD at 560nm - 27 (using PBS)
    • 200ul lysostaphin used to lyse cells
    • 40000g for membrane separation, using Type 70Ti
      • Acel, Decel - both 7
      • Temp 4oC
      • Time 1hr
